Zain Siddiq

Siddiq leads Jumpstart’s performance management, people development initiatives, hiring, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance efforts.

Prior to joining Jumpstart, Siddiq was an Associate HR Manager at Premier Retail Networks in San Francisco, an interactive media and television network. Previously, she was in an HR Generalist role at BiT Group, a web technology and design firm in Boston.

Siddiq holds a PHR (nationally accredited Human Resources certification) and is a graduate of Western Michigan University.
